Challenge yourself - and others - to better stepping!
Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.
What's your daily step count?... Can you step more this week than last week? Sure you can!
To record your step counts:
- Visit your profile page at www.caymanactive.com/profile
- Follow the 'Steps' link on the menu below your avatar picture.
- Either sign in with Fibit for automatic step retreival or add your step counts manually.
- You control whether others can see your steps, and a linked Fitbit can be unlinked at any time.
In February, we'll be introducing statistics and leaderboards for those that choose to share their step counts.
On request we can create mini-challenges for your own group of steppers.
Increase your activity levels gradually. If it's been a while since you've exercised properly, talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
