I have tried several diets over the years and have lost substantial amounts of weight, but slowly gain the weight back once I stop the diet. This years goal is to not restrict myself so rigidly that I can't maintain the weight loss but to eat healthily, reduce portions and exercise when I can and most importantly not beat myself up.
