We're offering the 2nd round of our anxiety relief yoga and meditation workshop - just in time for Christmas! Shake off that holiday stress and take a little time for you. 

Does your mind keep getting stuck in negative thought patterns? Are you constantly overthinking and overanalyzing every little thing? Anxiety is rough. Are you ready to fight back?

Join us for this hour long workshop where you'll learn tips and tricks to reformat and reshape the way you think. We'll address ways to prevent anxiety attacks and find relief in high-stress situations.

"Living with anxiety doesn't make you crazy or weird - it makes you strong. 

From a relatively young age I was prescribed anti-anxiety meds and antidepressants to manage my mood. The pills made me feel dull and heavy, and I was MISERABLE. Finally, I had a therapist that turned to exercise and breathwork instead of a pill bottle. She sent me to yoga and taught me breathing techniques to calm my nerves. It was incredible! 

Now, I've been medication-free for over 5 years. It doesn't mean that my anxiety is gone, it just means that I can recognize it and make sure it doesn't run my life. As cliche as it may sound, yoga provided me with the tools to feel lighter and happier. It gave me the courage to live my life the way I want to live it - and I can't wait to share what I've learned with you!"
