Enjoy a fun event with a difference. Dottie Rau and her team will take you through a energetic 1 hour session of walking in different and somewhat unique ways. You will walk forwards, backwards, sideways and incorporate various other moves, such as squats, lunges, twists, small jumps, as well as upper body work to challenge your balance and coordination.
The Main Goal of this Workout is to educate the body on how to move gracefully, efficiently and safely. Improve respiratory function of the body, reach the muscles groups, focus concentration during exercising, and increase proprioceptive skills. It also helps to develop and train the six essential qualities of balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength.
