Spring has sprung! April is upon us and it's a perfect time to jump into Yoga and Meditation. This doesn't require high doses of willpower or effort - in fact, trying too hard to change tends to create a lot of resistance that can dampen our enthusiasm and deplete our energy even further. It's usually much more effective to focus on practices that enhance our awareness and body-mind dialogue. Yes, Yoga is just that. It is a work-in rather than a work-out. It is being gentle with yourself to bring your best Self forward.
