The 2010 ALT Duathlon will take place on Sunday 28th March 2010.

The event will be based at Grand Harbour (map below) and consist of a 2 mile run followed by a 12 mile cycle and then another 2 mile run.

Register now online, or at the Brick House, Grand Harbour on Saturday March 27th between 3 and 6pm. You can take part as an individual or 2 or 3 member team.

Entry Fee is CI$20 for an individual or CI$35 for a team.

On the day, check-in is at 6:15am followed by a briefing at 6:45am.

Prior Years

The March duathlon was formerly known as the DHL Duathlon.

In 2009, Jasper Mikkelsen won the event, completing the 12 mile bike and 4 mile run course in a time of 57 minutes and 1 second. A total of 31 Teams and 58 Individuals took part.
