The 2010 ALT Duathlon will take place on Sunday 28th March 2010.

The event will be based at Grand Harbour (map below) and consist of a 2 mile run followed by a 12 mile cycle and then another 2 mile run.

The 2009 Cayman Islands Triathlon, sponsored by Scott’s Equipment, was held on November 29th with 3 events available:

1) Olympic distance - 1500-metre swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run. 

2) Sprint distance - 750 metre swim, 20 km...

The 3rd and final build-up race took place today ahead of the full 2009 Cayman Islands Triathlon, sponsored by Scott’s Equipment, on November 29th.

Marius Acker, Lizzy Haines and team One Speed (Jasper Mikkelsen swimming and Dave Walker running) swam and ran their way to overall victories in the 2009 Ogier Stroke and Stride.
