The 30 Minute Beach Walk ClubThe 30-Minute Beach Walk is Cayman's weekly Walking Club. If you never know just where to start with exercise, this may be just the club for you!

Come out and meet other walkers and start your day walking and stretching on Cayman's beautiful Seven Mile Beach! Remember that the best exercise program is the one you stick with - and we can help you to ensure that you do.

Walks are held on Saturday mornings at 8am and Wednesdays evenings at 6pm every week. They start at the Royal Palms (in the parking lot). Registration is only CI$2 and that helps to raise funds for the 30 Minute Beach Walk Club.

Please join Summer on Saturdays, or Kamille on Wednesdays. Let us all motivate and be motivated, energise and be energised!

Contact us here for further details or call Summer on 324-0204 or Kamille on 926-1546
