Sure, you could run just about anywhere in the world! But with the Cayman Islands Marathon you can run on our safe, beautiful Caribbean island, surrounded by tropical flora and fauna, with magnificent views of the sea.

The original good news... It was a long, hot, painful, yet satisfying journey. The Run Across Cayman was completed on March 14th in 11 hours and 27 minutes, which is an hour faster than the last training run I did. I got incredible support that I will never forget.

Earth Week activities culminated in a spirited presentation on Sunday, 26 April, as over 200 enthusiastic participants gathered at Dart Park to undertake the annual 5k run/walk. Sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers and organized jointly by the National Trust of the Cayman Islands and the Phoenix Athletic Club, the event has developed into a highlight among the environmentally-related offerings.

Simon, Michele, Matt and Casey from the Cayman Ritz-Carlton are getting ready to endure the San Diego Marathon in an effort to raise much needed funds for the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre and the Cayman Islands Humane Society.
