The Cayman Islands Volleyball Federation was established in 1976 to develop and promote volleyball in the Cayman Islands. CIVF is affiliated to Federation International de Volleyball (FIVB) and the North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Federation (NORCECA).

The CIVF hosts many volleyball and beach volleyball events including the NORCECA beach volleyball circuit and SpikeFest.
