Pilates with Linda - Rebalance your body, lengthen short muscles, strengthen weak muscles, redefine your core and get in tune with your inner well being.
Linda Rayner, Cayman's only professional Ballroom and Latin dance teacher, has been teaching Pilates for over 30 years, as all dancers use Pilates training as part of their daily routine.
She first trained in the early 70's under Alan Herdman, one of Joseph Pilates first students and more recently qualified through The Pilates Institute.
Linda was one of the pioneers of combining Yoga with Pilates long before it became fashionable and now teaches 6 week courses for Beginners to Advanced levels at Fitness Connection, in South Sound. Next course starts on Tuesday 16th June
She also offers private lessons using mat work, stability balls and Pilates circles or on The Reformer (a Pilates piece of equipment which works your entire body).
