Where to find us:
We are located on Orchard Lane amid a fruit orchard and Power Flower Plant Nursery. Drive to the end of the lane, park on the grass (yes, it’s ok!,) walk through the car port and the studio is the first door on your left.
From GT: On Crewe Rd, pass 'Every Bloomin Thing' on your right and Valencia Heights on your left. We are the next left - Orchard Lane.
From Prospect: Go through the roundabout at Tropical Gardens, continue on Crewe Rd. Orchard Lane is your 5th right. The street names prior are Tropical Gardens, Palm Dale, Navis Close and Mistral Close.

Beginner/On Going Yoga
Learn the foundations of asana (poses) practice by developing breath and body awareness. The emphasis will change each week to highlight a different area the body such as hips and shoulders, muscle balance as well as stress relieving poses.

Yamuna ® Body Rolling (YBR) Using 4-9 inch color-coded balls and a guided series of movements, melt away the tension, heal and prevent injuries, re-align, lengthen and tone your core. The YBR system of movement provides similar therapeutic benefits of a deep tissue massage.

Restorative Yoga
This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes conscious relaxation and healthy body awareness.

*Flow Passes are good for 6 classes and expire 2months from the day the pass is first used
Class Policies:

Because of the intimacy of the studio and the demand for spaces at class, we want to thank you in advance for notifying us as soon as you know if you cannot make it to your pre-registered class; this ensures that students wishing to drop in and on Flow passes have the opportunity to take your space as well as allowing you to make up the class. If you do not let us know by noon on the day of the class you will be missing, you forfeit the class.
- All make up classes must be taken within the session that it was purchased.
- For Drop In and Flow Passes, please call, text or email to check availability for the class which you would like to attend.
- Classes are non-transferable.
