KUNDALINI Yoga - Starts January 2010
What does Kundalini Yoga do?
"The practice of Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind andd the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than be controlled by our thoughts and feelings."

"It is a precious gem of sacred knowledge and power. It can make your life shine. It is like a magic jewel that I can give to you and still keep for myself. In fact sharing it makes it brighter for me." Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa

Practice of kundalini Yoga leads to a a state of self mastery which is what we call yoga. What we are trying to achieve is mastery of the mind, to make the mind sharper, clearer and more useful than before.'

It enables you to experience your highest consciousness, your true self, your sat nam.
  • It is a universal and nondenominational practice
  • it deals specifically with Prana, which is life energy. Through practice we discover the source of the prana in us and we learn how to use it.
  • it is a dynamic tool for expanding awareness, so that you will achieve your personal best.
MEDITATION

Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations, or whirlings of the mind. When you stop identifying with your thoughts/fluctuations of the mind, then there is yoga.
