Powerhouse Gym at King's Sports Centre has classes and programs for all fitness levels Classes are included with all gym memberships and have a capacity of 25 attendees. Space for each class is available on a first-come first-serve basis, therefore members are encouraged to arrive early. Classes do start promptly at their designated time. Examples of current courses: ABSOLUTE ABS: The ultimate class for a strong core (strong core & sculpted abdominal muscles) BODYTONE: A muscular workout to tighten, tone and lean out your entire body COMBAT: A non-stop high intensity workout featuring mixed martial arts including boxing, muy thai & kickboxing L.B.T.: A toning class for your lower body POWER AEROBICS: High energy, high impact blend of aerobics & dance POWER CIRCUIT: Challenging circuit based class, a total body workout for any fitness level! REGGAE AEROBICS: High & Low impact dance class to increase endurance while burning calories RINGSIDE: Classic boxing training using jump ropes. padwork & bagwork.
