Exercise... The Natural Detox
Cayman Health & Fitness - General Health

Helki Weber - GNC Health / Nutrition ConsultantThere is no way around it, you know it should be done... but finding the motivation to actually commit to a regular exercise program can be hard for alot of people. But why procrastinate? Push past those barriers and stop being lazy; exercise is actually good for us. It helps us shed unwanted weight, makes us strong, keeps most diseases at bay - including preventing and improving diabetic symptoms and best of all... it naturally detoxes our bodies.

When we perspire, we are eliminating toxins through the skin. (Now, do not confuse sweating with calorie-burning, this is not an indicator that we are "burning" fat, it is just our bodies way of cooling us down.) So, to make sure our body isn't overrun by toxins, we should do some form of aerobic exercise on a daily basis. You must also understand that yes we are creating free radicals when we do exercise very hard, and that is why it is important to drink lot's of water, take in antioxidants (Vitamin E, C, Co-Q10, ALA etc) and off course vitamins and minerals that need to be replenished .

Now get out there and get moving so you can keep metabolism high and detox impurities from your system. I'm not telling you to do something to exhaustion or over-exertion, it's as easy as 30 minutes, at least 6 days a week to where the heart is elevated to a point where breathing is quickened.

Trust me, you will feel more refreshed and energised!
