Online Registration now open for the Saturday 19th June 2010 Flowers Sea Swim and the Walk and Watch. For safety reasons, there is a maximum capacity of 800 entrants this year. So please, register early to avoid disappointment!

The LIME 800m sea swim will be held on 20th March 2010 at Seven Mile Beach. Registration is on the afternoon of the race at 3:00-3:45pm at the Start at Governor's Beach. The race starts at 4:00pm. The course runs along Seven Mile Beach from Governor's Beach (start and registration) to Public Beach. Race fees include a tee-shirt, swim cap and refreshments. Trophies are awarded to the top 3 finishers in numerous age groups. 2010 race fees are: Adults CI$10 for members, $15 for non-members; children under 18, CI$5 for members, $10 for non-members.

Register now for the ALT Duathlon. Enter as an individual or as a team of 2 or 3. Online registration will close at the end of the day, Friday March 26th.

Race Fees - Payable online - Individual US$26 / Team US$44 (amounts include PayPal processing fees) or at our registration desk at the Brick House Grand Harbour between 3pm and 6pm on Saturday 27th - Individual CI$20 / Team CI$35.
