Thank you for your suggestion regarding an upperbody workout class- this is definately something we could look to add to our next group fitness schedule.
Upper Body Class
I enjoy the new classes. However I wish a class targeting the upper body could be scheduled, similar to the LBT classes which target the loswer body.
New Aerobic Classes
Thank you for your feedback this is exactly what we wanted from you as members to let us know what type of classes you want to see more of on the schedule. Mays schedule is simply a trial to try out new types of fitness training and once we have enough feedback from you all we will be amend the schedule ready to start a fresh in june.
New Aerobic Classes at Kings Sports Centre
I commend the management of Kings on the new schedule, which is varied, more flexible and gives members more options. My only negative comment is regarding the new Vibe class on Wednesdays. I think for us Caribbean women who are accustomed to more high impact, upbeat dance moves and more rythmic music, the class is too European in flavour and is not fitting for our culture. It is not challenging and to be honest it is a little boring. Drastic changes need to be made to the type of music, the intensity of the workout and the style of dance. I have heard several of the ladies who attended the first class, make similiar comments and they have vowed that they will not be attending that particular class again. Thank you for your time.
