Welcome to your May Sports, Health and Fitness newsletter!
May is Child Month here on Cayman and there's lots going on. Read on to see how CaymanActive members can take advantage of free fun-fitness and fit-tennis classes for kids courtesy of Life Extension. You can also get your youngsters active with the Zumbathon, or at Miss Jackie's Open House for Dance.
There's plenty in store for adults too. Dance yourself into a fitness frenzy at the Batabano Adult Street parade and help the Cayman Heart Fund help little Luis Mejia by taking part in the Discovery Day 5k. It's going to be the busiest month of the year so far for sport and fitness... go grab yourself a piece!

CaymanActive members earn virtual medals for their sports, health or fitness achievements which they can display on their profile page.
No virtual awards last month - sorry! That's because we've been too busy developing the system that we use to record and present your achievements.
Don't let this stop you achieving though - we'll catch up with what we've missed, and the results and awards system will be back bigger and better than ever! > More Results
