Well my 1st week as a WOW Contestant was exhausting and painful. Thankfully this 2nd week is much less painful and my energy level has increased. However, it's still a struggle between me and my alarm clock at 4:45 am each morning (so far I'm winning).
I get easily bored with exercise and I don't know if it's just me, but I feel I need more cardio, so I accepted Maggie's invite to try Zumba class yesterday evening. It's a close tie between which one I enjoyed more - spinning or zumba. Zumba was fun and didnt feel like exercise, more like dancing; but spinning really pumped me up. Guess I need to continue doing a bit a both, along with boot camp and by golly, I should reach a healthy weight eventually! Thankfully, it's finally starting to click how great been active feels.
